<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric resistance type ash melting furnace capable of efficiently melting ash and stably extracting a metal layer deposited on the bottom of the furnace. SOLUTION: This electric resistance type ash melting furnace is equipped with plural electrodes capable of adjusting their positions in melting slag and a structure to hold a melted metal layer on the bottom of the furnace, and a means to find interelectrode power Pa from the structure of the furnace and disposition of plural electrodes, a means to find power Pb between the electrode and the bottom of the furnace from the interval between the electrode and the metal on the bottom of the furnace, and a means to control an input power ratio so as to obtain Pb>=Pa/2.5 are also provided in it.</p> |
