PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit which controls a power semiconductor device. SOLUTION: A control circuit has a gate drive circuit A1 which includes a control input Ctrl, auxiliary voltage inputs UA+ and UA- and an auxiliary voltage output UAO, 1st and 2nd semiconductor switches S1 and S2 which respectively include control electrodes G and main electrodes S and D, 1st and 2nd resistors R1 and R2 and 1st and 2nd Zener diodes Z1 and Z2. The 1st main electrode of the 1st (2nd) semiconductor switch is connected to a positive input terminal Udc+ (negative input terminal Udc-) of the control circuit, and its 2nd main electrode is connected to an output 'Output' of the control circuit. The anode (cathode) of the 1st (2nd) Zener diode is connected to the output of the gate drive circuit, and its cathode (anode) is connected to the positive input terminal Udc+ (negative input terminal Udc-) of the control circuit.
