PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone holder that has satisfactory damping performance, despite simple configuration and low cost. SOLUTION: A slit 24 using one apex of a regular triangle is formed along an axial line of a holder main body 20, and hooks 25, 26 are provided respective to other apexes to hook an elastic torus belt 30, the elastic torus belt 30 is hooked to them and a remaining part of the elastic torus belt 30 is extracted from the slit 24, stretched over an outer circumferential face of the holder main body 20 so as to service as a shock mount with respect to a microphone grip M.
