<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by forming a clock signal for remodulation from a reference clock signal in accordance with a prescribed clock signal from the edge spacings of modulation signals and demodulating plural modulation signals sampled at sampling frequencies different from each other. SOLUTION: The digital audio signal DA formed by bi-phase modulation of the regenerative signal of a reproduced CD is inputted to an application I/F circuit of a link layer circuit and the sampling frequency fs is specified by a sampling frequency specification circuit 203 from the edge width of an edge signal S200 detected by an edge detecting circuit 200. A reference signal S30 from an original transmission circuit 30 is subjected to frequency division by using a frequency division ratio selected in accordance with fs, to form the clock signal S204 for bi-phase remodulation. As a result, the remodulation of the digital audio signal based on three kinds of the sampling frequencies may be executed by using the single original transmission circuit forming the reference clock signal S30 of normal 152 MHz.</p> |
