PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arbitrarily change a bus slave in accordance with information transfer through a system bus to be operated synchronously with the rising edge of a synchronizing signal and a bus slave following information transfer through a system bus to be operated synchronously with the falling edge of a synchronizing signal, as necessary. SOLUTION: A first input and output circuit 3 and a second input and output circuit 4 are divided arbitrarily into a group following information transfer through a system bus 6 to be operated synchronously with the rising edge of a system clock, and a group following information transfer through the system bus 6 to be operated synchronously with the falling edge of a system clock in accordance with slave select signals SS1 and SS2 from a register circuit 5.
