PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a three-dimensional camera which is less complicated than a currently used camera and inexpensive by providing an output connection part in cross-arrangement where segments of images are arranged mutually and alternately. SOLUTION: The respective lines of respective storage arrays 100 are connected to an address line 110 and columns of every four arrays are connected to an address line 120 and an output data line 130. Instead of data transferred to an image processing unit for generating image data which are read out of all the cells of the storage arrays 100 and arranged alternately under software control, still images or video outputs which are alternately arranged are obtained by arranging output data line connection parts in turn. A 1st address line and a matching output data line are connected to the 1st column of the 1st storage array 100, a 2nd address line and an output line are connected to the 2nd column of the 2nd array, and 3rd and 4th lines are the same. |
