INSULATION MICA TAPE AND GENERATOR COIL USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation mica tape whose tanδis small even at a temperature of 100 deg.C or more although it has a high thermal conductivity and can make a mica insulation layer which does not peel off, and a generator coil which can decrease a temperature at the time of being supplied with an electric current. SOLUTION: This insulation mica tape includes a mica layer 3 which has mica and a thermosetting resin composition connecting mica, and a charged particle layer 2 which has charged particles having a thermal conductivity of not less than 5 W/mK and the thermosetting resin composition connecting the charged particles. In the mica tape M2-M1 is 2-4, where M2 is the content of a setting catalyst contained in the thermosetting resin composition of the charged particle layer a (pts.wt. of the setting catalyst to 100 pts.wt. of the thermosetting resin of the charged particle layer 2 and M1 is the content of the setting catalyst contained in the thermosetting resin of the mica layer 3 (pts.wt. of the setting catalyst to 100 pts.wt. of the thermosetting resin of the charged particle layer 2).
