PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simply and precisely adjustable the skew angle showing deviation of a lens optical axis of an optical pickup for a signal recording surface of an optical disk. SOLUTION: The optical disk device 21 is provided with studs 22, 23 on the support place of a chassis 10 for a disk rotation drive mechanism 4, and changes the abutment support surface of the tip in the height direction according to a turning angle around the axes of the studs 22, 23, and varies the support height of the disk rotation drive mechanism 4 for the chassis 10 to adjust the skew. The radial areas 22a, 23a of the studs 22, 23 tips support tightly the disk rotation drive mechanism 4 as the abutment support surface, and since a support attitude isn't changed, the skew angle is kept stably, surely and precisely while suppressing a manufacturing cost.
