PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a user from getting confused and to eliminate the need for extra operation by specifying an output range of each table, and judging that overlapping positions are relational and displaying that once position specification of a template of a table column is done. SOLUTION: To obtain an output result from, for example, two tables of the relational data base, the user generates a template. The two tables of the data base are specified and the output ranges (table frame) of the tables are specified. An estimation table has its table frame which is meshed thinnly and a detailed table frame which is meshed thickly. Then a position where a column of the estimation table as a parent is specified in the template and a detailed table as a child is specified similarly to the parent. For the date and item name as relational columns of the child, the same positions with the parent are specified. At this time, the program distinctively informs the user that relation is made with the date.
