PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the reliability in an operation input processor as compared with a conventional one and to further simplify its constitution and maintenance work. SOLUTION: At the start of operation, the address numbers of a control program data storing means 12 and address number informa-tion of these addres numbers are allocated to respective areas of an address number management means 13, and at the time of writing data, address number information corresponding to a specified address number which is stored in the means 13 is substituted by an address number of a rewritten data storing means 12 and data are written in the area corresponding to the substituted address number in the rewritten data storing means 12. Consequently a software resource stored in the control program data storing means 12 can be utilized only by specifying its address number and a part of data stored in the control program data storing means can be substituted by new data without destructing software resources stored in the means 12.
