PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mail transmission system where a mail can be sent even to many destinations by setting individually a mail address to the destinations. SOLUTION: The system is provided with a storage means 108 that stores mail addresses of a plurality of members and specific information, a means 102 that reads a mail address of a member that is selected when a mail transmission destination is selected among members registered in the storage means and sets automatically a destination address input to a transmission mail, a means 103 that imbed the specific information of the member to mail text model stored in advance in the storage means so as to automatically generate a transmission mail, and the transmission mail text reflecting the specific information of the member itself is automatically and sequentially sent to one or a plurality of members selected as above. |
