PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized exciting device at a low cost where a listening area of auxiliary low sound frequency reproduction can be extended for a speaker system. SOLUTION: A mount metallic fixture 30, that is mounted on a prescribed resonance point of a car body 1, is provided in a cabin, and a case 20 has an upper cover and a lower cover fixed to the mounting metallic fixture 30 is provided, a center pole 11 made of a magnetic rod extending perpendicularly from a bottom face of the case 20 is provided, a voice coil 12 is directly wound on the center pole 11, a damper 18 whose center is supported by both upper and lower ends and that is extended outward is provided, and a magnet 13 and a plate 14 are provided, which are supported by the outside of the damper 18 and placed in the vicinity of the voice coil 12 wound directly on the center pole 11.
