PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device where voice signals can be transmitted from a control heat to another control head that is transmitting voice signals. SOLUTION: This radio communication device is provided with control heads 11, 18 each consisting of a microphone and a speaker in pairs. While a microphone 10 in the control head 11 transmits its output, the output from the microphone 10 is led to a speaker 16 in the control head 18 selectively via a switch S4 so as to monitor the output from the microphone 10 of the control head 11. In this case, the switch S4 is open to lead an output from a microphone 17 in the control head 18 to a speaker 9 in the control head 11 selectively via an amplifier 24 and a switch S5 that is brought into an ON state.
