PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a choke coil having a variable inductance which has a large inductance when a choke current is small and has a small inductance value, when the choke current is large. SOLUTION: A terminal face 221 of an outer leg part 22 contact a terminal face 121 of an outer leg part 12 of a first core member 1, and a terminal face 231 of an outer leg part 23, contact a terminal face 131 of an outer leg part 13 of the core member 1 in a combination of the first core member 1 and a second core member 2. A middle leg part 24 of the second core member 2 constitutes a gap 41 at an interval between the middle leg part 14 of the first core member 1. Both coil terminals 31 and 32 of a coil 3, which is wound on the middle leg parts 14 and 24 are led to each other counter direction A and B through a window part 16 generated by the combination of the first core member 1 and the second core member 2.
