PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a leakage magnetic flux as much as possible. SOLUTION: A toroidal core 3 is housed in resin cases 1 and 2, and a conductor 4 is wound around this. Then, the resin cases 1 and 2 are formed by using Mn/Zn ferrite powder with high relative permeability as the dopant materials, and the resin cases 1 and 2 are provided with recessed and projection parts 5, in which the depth of the recessed part is made almost the same as the diameter of the conductor 4 for guiding the coil of the conductor 4 on the surface. The resin cases 1 and 2 are formed by using the magnetic powder with high relative permeability so that the leakage magnetic flux can be reduced, and the conductor is wound along the recessed and projection parts 5 formed on the resin cases 1 and 2, so that fluctuation in the way of winding the conductor can be restrained, and non-directional characteristics can be obtained from the uniformity. Also, even if small leakages of magnetic flux are generated, since it is induced on the projection part of the recessed and projection part 5, the leakage magnetic flux can be reduced.
