PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently display voice levels of voice data equivalent to plural channels by assigning ports for displaying voice level of the voice data on respective display areas based on the number of ports, the number of channels of the voice data and the number of displayable voice levels. SOLUTION: In a video server, a changeover control part 58 sets either of an independent processing mode, a recording and reproducing securing processing mode or a mixed processing mode with respect to respective processing paths. A display control part 65 assignes an input-output port or an input-output port pair to meter display areas being in a meter display part 9 based on operation information S2 and configuration information S3. Then the number of use ports or the number of use pair ports is smaller than the order of the half of the number of display areas, the part 65 assigns the input- output ports or the like to the meter display areas in accordance with the number of processing channels. Then the number of processing channels is larger than the number of level meters of all of the meter display areas, the part 65 performs displays on the display areas by switching voice levels.
