PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrally display visual information through the use of light emitting display and picture display and display visual/acoustic information through the use of sound display and acoustic display, and to permit a warned person to intuitively recognize a warning and the existing position of a warning object. SOLUTION: The pulse speed of the pulse-like envelope of a sound waveform of a warning sound outputted from a warning sound source means 8 is timewise synchronized with the pulse frequency of pulse-like flickering display by an electric luminous flux conversion means 5, which is displayed in a periphery view area by using the electric luminous flux conversion means 5 formed of a light emitting element string. The movement of the position of the stereoscopic sound image of warning sound which is worked by a stereoscopic sound image generation means 9 and is displayed for expressing the predicted track of a target moving object is timewise synchronized with the movement of the display position of flickering display by the light emitting element string. Thus, the existence of the target moving object is seamlessly displayed on the sensors of plural modalities of eyes and ears.
