PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a draft display device which displays the draft state of a measuring area, further displays it even when a building, etc., in the same area is moved and arranged and compares and examines the states before and after the change. SOLUTION: An image inputting means 2 photographs within prescribed closed space, and the image is shown through an overlaying means 3a, is further subjected to digital conversion and is stored in an image data storing part 5. A vector displaying means 9 selects plural image data from a storing means 4, sets a comparison frame in the first image data with a specific measuring point as a center to define it as a comparison frame pattern, sets a tracking frame in the next image data with a specific measuring point as a center to define it as a tracking pattern, collates this pattern with the comparison frame pattern and calculates the movement direction and movement quantity of both of the measuring points as vector values when both the patterns coincide in a prescribed rate. These vector values are successively calculated about the plural prescribed image data, are averaged and are overlapped on a measuring point pixel of a display monitor 12 to be shown.
