<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote management system where security for electronic mail communication is enhanced via an open network such as the internet. SOLUTION: A manager local network 10 and a user local network 20 are connected by an internet 30. A manager 11 of the manager local network 10 collects a prescribed information from management information of an agent 25 of the user local network 20 via a firewall 23. Moreover, communication for electronic mails between agents 15, 25 and managers 11, 26 is enciphered by a password automatically changing to enhance the security.</p> |
