<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method for screening a laminated ceramic electronic part like a laminated ceramic capacitor effectively with high reliability on the basis of insulating resistance. SOLUTION: A screening method includes a first step for measuring insulation resistance of a sample capacitor 6 as a laminated ceramic electronic part to be screened while the capacitor 6 is charged at a given voltage, a second step for charging the sample capacitor 6 in a circuit, in which a surge current of 20A or above flows through a resistor 5 from a surge current feeding capacitor 4, and a third step for measuring the insulation resistance of the sample capacitor 6 during the charging at the given voltage, and these steps are carried out. Then, a variation in insulation resistance of the first step to the second step is estimated to screen the sample capacitor 6. In this case, the sample capacitor 6 may be discharged in the circuit, in which the surge current of 20A or above flows, in the second step.</p> |
