UNIT COMPONENT CONSISTING OF RETAINING MEMBER AND CONTACT PIN CAST IN THE RETAINING MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold a contact pin in a holding member certainly so that stabilization is ensured and enhance the sealing performance of the holding member to be penetrated by the contact pin. SOLUTION: This unit component is composed of a holding member 10 made of an electric insulating material and a contact pin 20 cast in the holding member 10 and forming an air-tight electric connection terminal to penetrate the holding member 10. The contact pin 20 is furnished at each end in axial direction with a connection area 22/24 to form an interface with the component to be connected with the pin 20, and also between the two connection areas 22 and 24, with a position fixing area 28 for fixing the pin 20 inside the holding member 10 and a pour-in sealing area 26 to be contacted by a compound 16 to be poured into the receiving area 14 of the holding member 10.
