PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk having a format easily obtaining a reliable recording/reproducing device stably performing tracking control or clock generation. SOLUTION: An ID area contains plural pieces of address information, and is constituted of two sets shifted by a nearly 1/2 track pitch to the inner peripheral side or the outer peripheral side adjacent to a guide track. An information recording area is constituted of a groove and a land oscillating at a single frequency in the radial direction, and they are switched at every one round. The information of the information recording area starts from a prescribed phase of the frequency of the oscillation.
