PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable quick and exact multi-address transfer by a telephone by questioning a user about transfer contents and a transferred party group by the way of a terminal, reading the transfer contents and the transferred party group which the user specifies to the question from an information data base and performing a multi-address transfer to a receiver who belongs to the read transferred party group. SOLUTION: In this system, human interfaces such as a telephone set 1, a portable/PHS mobile telephone 8 or other kinds of user terminals are used when an originator instructs a multi-address transfer, confirms instructed contents or inquires a transfer result. There are an information collection telephone server 15 which receives a variety of requests through a telephone line and a multi-address process web server 21 which receives various kinds of requests through an Internet 10 or an Intranet 20 on the Intranet 20. The multi- address process telephone server 15 is connected to a public telephone network 11 and has a dial pulse/push button signal(DP/PB) converter 13.
