PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease load resistance which causes heat generation, to actualize low power consumption, and to quicken the falling of a pulse. SOLUTION: The input signal inputted to an input terminal Vin is amplified by a transistor(TR) Q2, whose output signal is divided into two. One signal is amplified by a three-stage emitter follower, circuit consisting of TRs Q5, Q6, and Q8 and outputted from its output terminal Vout. The other signal is applied to a circuit 2, which makes dull the fall of the input signal and a differentiating circuit 3, whose output signal drives a current source TR Q9 forward for a short time, when the output signal falls. Consequently, the output signal which falls rapidly can be obtained from the output terminal Vout.
