PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure and to reduce failures due to components themselves by providing a fixing means which fixes and releases a mounting stand while being linked with the carrying and carrying out of an information recording medium by a carrying means. SOLUTION: A carrying means carrying an information recording medium H consists of 1st and 2nd carrying means. The 1st carrying means is constituted of a driving member including non-end belts 8 and 11. On the other hand, the 2nd carrying means comprising a slider 13, a lever 17, etc., has a fixing means in addition to a carrying in function and a carrying out function. Carrying in is basically performed by the cooperation of the slider 13, the lever 17, rods 19 and 20, etc., and carrying out is mainly performed by the cooperation of the slider 13, a motor 15, a relay gear 14, etc. Also, the fixing means is mainly performed by the cooperation of the locking piece 13b of the slider 13 and the slit 12a of a mounting stand 12. That is, the piece 13b is inserted through the slit 12a and is fixed so as to prevent the stand 12 from being moved carelessly by vibrations from the outside in the state where the card H does not exist.
