PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent equipment from being shipped in a state that control data of abnormal values are set up in a non-volatile memory. SOLUTION: In the case of executing shipment setting (self-check) for equipment or the like, a microcomputer 101 compares the sum (check sum) of control data calculated based on control data read out from a non-volatile memory 102 with the existing sum of control data read out from the memory 102 and outputs the compared result to a notification device 103 so as to inform a shipment setting operator of the existence of abnormality in control data stored in the memory 102.
