PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a flash memory, etc., of multiple bit configuration a basic element and to reduce test cost of a memory card performing an input-output operation of data in one-bit unit. SOLUTION: This memory card MC which makes a flash memory FMEM that inputs and outputs data, e.g. in 8-bit unit its basic element and performs an input-output operation of data according to a clock signal CLK in 1-bit unit through a data input-output terminal DAT is provided with a data input and output circuit IO that includes a template register storing template data inputted in the 1-bit unit through the terminal DAT in the 8-bit unit in a prescribed test mode and a data comparator circuit which compares and collates output data DO outputted from the memory FMEM in the 8-bit unit in the test mode with template data stored by the template register and outputs the results from the terminal DAT. It is also provided with a data inverting circuit which also uses an input register as a template register and is also for inverting template data stored by the input register bit by bit and writing it. |
