The number of turns of a movable coiled body 40b and a fixed coiled body 50b of the regenerator E is smaller by 1/4 turn than that of a movable coiled body 20b and a fixed coiled body 30b forming an working chamber 31 of the compressor C, so that the pressure loss in a fuel cell can be compensated. The regenerator E reduces a driving current without transmitting a negative torque to the motor output shaft Mc. The pressure ratio may be adjusted by the position and size of an introduction port 52.
