PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal color card handling device, with which a user can naturally know the case of inserting a card before it reaches proper temperature, operability is improved, heating and coloring processing is enabled just after the card is inserted and a duration can be reduced. SOLUTION: This device is composed of an optical sensor 1 for detecting the insertion of a card 2, conveyer belt 4 for conveying the card 2 and heating roller 3 for heating and coloring the card 2. The card 2 is conveyed between the conveyer belts 4 pressed in contact with the heating roller 3 so as to wind it, and the card is heated by the heating roller 3 and colored through uniformly applied pressure. When the card is erroneously inserted, in spite of the device before the heating and coloring processing enable temperature, the card insertion is recognized by an optical sensor 1, the operation of the conveyer belt 4 and heating roller 3 is stopped, and the erroneous insertion of the card is prevented. |
