PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To copy a picture without deteriorating the productivity of a printer by periodically and frequently shading an optical system when time between generated pictures is long. SOLUTION: Since a stop is not permitted when an intermediate transfer body is continuously operated, a picture is transmitted to a second area 3802 after time when the intermediate transfer body rotates for a distance 3804 to the second area 3802 is waited for after the transmission of the picture of a first area 3801 terminates. Scan sequence is constituted so as to deal with two pictures or paper and can deal with one picture. Sequence executing shading by adjusting it to pictures which a reader outputs, namely, between first time 3804 and a longer one between second time 3805-1 and 3805-2 against a printer which cannot stop a print control process midway, is generated. Then, a copying operation is realized without deteriorating the productivity of the printer. Thus, shading frequency can stably be improved while an allowance is given to a scan operation. |
