SOLUTION: When a tag 'use frequency' is selected on the display screen of a display, the CPU of a management server 1 determines the replacement relation of consumables on the basis of the operation time or use degree. When the determination of the replacement relation based upon the operation time is specified, operation time data on devices having compatible consumables among hybrid machines 6 to 9 and printers 10 to 13 are read out of a management data base and an image of a line which connects an icon image of the device having the shortest operation time and an icon image of the device having the longest operation time and is given an arrow at the icon-image side end part of the device having the longest operation time is displayed in a basic picture.
