PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an arrangement pitch of electrodes to be connected by providing a conductive path of an insulation sheet body with a conductive path element formed by containing a conductive material having an aspect ratio in a specific range in an elastic high-polymer substance. SOLUTION: In this anisotropic conductive sheet 10, an insulating resin layer 25 is so formed as to cover the upper surface of an insulating sheet body 20, and a metal layer 35 is so formed as to cover the upper surface of each conductive path element 30. The conductive path element 30 is composed by containing a conductive material P in an elastic high-polymer substance E, the conductive material P is preferably oriented in a form arranged in the thickness direction in the elastic high-polymer substance E, and thereby, a conductive path is formed in the thickness direction of the conductive path element 30. In relation to the shape of the conductive material P, its aspect ratio is 1.5-1000, and its short diameter is preferably 1-500μm. A conductive magnetic material is preferably used for the conductive material P.
