PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more simple adjustment method for a resonance frequency without the contact of an ID device. SOLUTION: The method includes a 1st step where a measurement coil 201 with a self-inductance sufficiently smaller than the self-inductance of a reception coil 30 is placed closely to the front face of a reception resonance circuit and a 2nd step where a signal generator 150 sweeps a prescribed transmission voltage at a frequency including a 2nd resonance frequency via a transmission coil 15 and a transmission voltage is transmitted to the reception coil 30 through electromagnetic induction. A voltage measurement device 203 measures a characteristic between the induced voltage and frequency of the measurement coil 20 and the static capacitance of a reception capacitor 31 is changed so that a reception resonance circuit is resonated at the 2nd frequency while the measured value stays within a predetermined range.
