PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a workability and an installability by physically separating a mother board for transmitting and receiving signals between an I/F rack and an MB rack and electrically connecting the separated mother board by a flexible flexirigid substrate. SOLUTION: An HDD rack 52 is formed in a basket of a rectangular parallelopiped and in a structure having dampers 60 set to side wall faces at both sides in a longitudinal direction. The dampers 60 are fitted to a chassis mount sheet metal of a cabinet 40. In this structure, the HDD rack 52 can be mounted in a float state independently of the cabinet 40 and the dampers 60 absorb impacts from outside thereby reducing impacts to the whole of the HDD rack 52. A vibration isolation function is obtained. An M/B mother board 61 is arranged at the side of a bottom face of an MB rack 52 and, an I/F mother board 62 and an I/F connector 63 are provided at the side of a bottom face of an I/F rack 54.
