IC CARD HAVING COMMAND DIVIDING FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid command competition between respective applications and also to have command flexibility to a card when plural applications with different specifications are mounted on the IC card. SOLUTION: This IC card stores plural applications in a rewritable memory, also has a command set 31 that is common to each application and a dedicated command set to each application and is provided with a command sorting means 30 which retrieves the dedicated command set of a selected application when a command is received from the outside, executes the command when the retrieval is successful and retrieves the common command set when the retrieval fails.
