<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain one pieces of encoded data meeting a specification standard by putting together pieces of data encoded by pieces of image information (object) by integrating object image data by referring to additional information showing relativity and generating object data constituting one picture. SOLUTION: Encoded data of an image are inputted from an image data input means 201 etc., stored in respective code memories, and decoded. The editing result of an editing operation device 207 is obtained and the system code is changed. The header of moving picture encoded data is changed according to a profile level, the number of objects, etc., to generate a new code. A multiplexer 14 multiplexes and outputs system encoded data and video encoded data. The encoded data put together by an image editing part 208 are inputted to a decoder 210. Thus, N pieces of object image data are integrated by referring to the additional information showing the relativity of object image data to generate M pieces of object data representing one picture.</p> |
