PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepping motor-control circuit for securing prevention of failures in a motor. SOLUTION: A stepping motor-control circuit is provided with an excitation time timer for counting the excitation time of one step of a stepping motor, an output waveform generation circuit 14 for counting for the amount of time being set by the excitation time timer and then automatically switching a phase excitation signal with a count-up signal as a trigger, and further a counter 15 for the number of steps for counting according to the count-up signal. The counter 15 for the number of steps is composed by equipping a means for setting the number of steps while a motor rotates at a constant speed in advance when it rotates, transmitting an interrupt signal, when the setting value coincides with the count value of the counter for the number of steps, and turning off the phase excitation signal of the motor, when the counter 15 for the number of steps reaches a counted value that normally cannot exit. |
