PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver to start an engine even if a storage battery becomes an overdischarge state by leaving a car without driving for a long time or some trouble of an electric system of the car. SOLUTION: Voltage drop in a rectifier 5 produced when current flows from a plus terminal 3 to a plus terminal 4 is about 0.7 V for example, and it is lower than a value exceeding charging allowable voltage of a storage battery, of voltage set in slightly higher value. When a lead wire for supplying current generated with a dynamo to the plus terminal 3 of a first storage battery 1 is connected, the current also flows to the plus terminal 4 of a second storage battery 2 through the rectifier 5, and the second storage battery 2 is charged. When the charged amount of the first storage battery 1 is almost full, almost all current generated with the dynamo flows to the plus terminal 4 of the second storage battery 2, and the second storage battery 2 is well charged.
