PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a snubber module which enables achieving standardization and cost reduction of a die. SOLUTION: Terminal plates 1, which are punched out integrally from a conductive flat plate by one type of die, can be used for forming two or more types of snubber circuits by specifying directions of bending process. The terminal plate 10 comprises a 1st plate part 10a, a 2nd plate part 10b and a 3rd plate part 10c. The 1st late part 10a is connected to the 2nd plate part 10b with a 1st bridge part 16 and connected to the 3rd plate part 10c with a 2nd bridge part 16'. A connection part to which one end of a capacitor 20 is connected and a connection part to which the other end of the capacitor 20 is connected are formed on the 1st plate part 10a and the 3rd plate part 10c, respectively. A connection part to which one end of a diode is connected and a connection part to which the other end of the diode is connected are formed on the 2nd plate part 10b and the 3rd plate part 10c, respectively.
