PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a small-sized acoustic unit on an automatic assembling line with the small-sized acoustic unit which is devised such that a separator can easily be exfoliated from an adhesive member adhered to one major side of a case main body of the small-sized acoustic unit, and the small-sized acoustic unit carried on a conveyor is accurately positioned. SOLUTION: This small-sized acoustic unit is formed by incorporating an element that transduces an electric signal into sound or vice versa in the inside of a case main body 11 as an acoustic box. A flat reference face 15 is formed to one end of the case main body 11 of a thin box, a separator sheet 14 is adhered to one major side of the case main body 11 via an adhesive member, an edge 17, at the reference face 15 side, of the separator 14 is placed inside from the reference face 15 of the case main body 11 by a margin (m). Furthermore, both sides 18 orthogonal to the edge 17, at the reference face 15 side, of the separator 14 have lines which are mutually parallel.
