PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a print output destination according to environmental conditions at the point of time of print output. SOLUTION: This print management system which prints print output data generated through the data processing of a computer is constituted hierarchically in layers of a head office system 1, site systems 2, and terminal systems 3 and thus print destinations are geographically distant from one another. This system is equipped with a means 4 which inputs print management information for determining a print destination and a print destination determining means 7 which determines the print destination according to the inputted print management information. The print management information consists of a print quantity, a print period, etc.
