PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine improving the water resistance of a heat insulating member installed on the base wall face-side of an article storage chamber in a machine body and surely preventing the deterioration of the heat insulating member owing to the infiltration of condensation water. SOLUTION: The article storage chamber of a machine body is formed of an outer box and an inner box, which are formed of sheet materials. Heat insulating members are provided for a ceiling wall face, right/left side wall faces, a back wall face and a base wall face between the outer box and the inner box. The base heat insulating member is formed of a base material 11 formed of high heat insulating foam. A scupper forming member 13 formed of a water resistant member is inserted into a drain path 12 formed in the base material 11 and a scupper 14 is opened in the scupper forming member 13.
