PURPOSE:To mount electronic components on a substrate at a high speed without vibration by controlling two tables so that one table can position a supplying unit to a picking up position and the other table can decide stopping operation, low-speed operation, or high-speed operation and perform the decided operation. CONSTITUTION:When motors 3b and 4b rotate, tables 3 and 4 make reciprocating motions in a horizontal direction X along a feed screw 5B. Since the motor 3b and 4b are independently driven, the tables 3 and 4 independently move. The tables 3 and 4 perform supplying work by positioning supplying units U housing desired electronic components to a pickup position Q by moving in the central part A of a working area. In addition, the moving distance and moving parameters of the tables 3 and 4 are set based on the positional information of the tables 3 and 4 and unit values of electronic components supplying data and the optimum parameter is selected from among three kinds of moving parameters. |
