<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily maintainable air cleaning apparatus capable of selectively removing regulated NO2 in exhaust gas, installed at the crossings of and along the roads for automobile traffic. SOLUTION: A removing device main body 1 is so constituted that a front of a box shape is opened to form a suction opening 2, and an filter for filtration dust separation 4, an alkaline filter 5, and a blower 8 are arranged inside. When a blower 8 is operated, an air of an automobile road containing an exhaust gas is sucked from the suction opening 2, a dust is collected with the filter for filteration dust separation 4, and NO2 being an acid gas in the exhaust gas is removed by absorption with a chemical reaction with an alkaline filter. Environment purification can be obtained by discharging the air purified thus.</p> |
