PURPOSE:To provide a method, in which a hole section, in which fibers do not appear on the internal surface of the hole section orghogonally and no weld is generated and which is proper to a strength member, is formed. CONSTITUTION:The present forming method is conducted in such a manner that a moving pin 3 is intruded into a cavity 4 and a pocket section formed by a recessed section 5 and the pin 3 removed after mold release when the recessed section 5 is shaped to one of a top force 1 or a bottom force 2 and the pin 3 is mounted to the other respectively and the flow of a material is completed approximately in compression molding. Accordingly, a hole section, in which the generation of a weld is not recognized, can be formed. |
