<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable manufacturing a microoptical component as simply as possible by installing a focusing means on a second surface opposite to a first surface, and installing a deflection means in such a manner that an optical beam outputted from a light emitting device is made to pass a retaining member and deflected toward the focusing means, with the deflection means. SOLUTION: A light emitting device 4 and a deflection means 5 are arranged on one side surface 1a of a retaining member 1. A focusing means 2 is arranged on the opposite surface 1b of the retaining member 1. The light emitting device 4 is formed of a laser diode, the deflection means 5 is formed of a mirror, and the focusing means 2 is formed of lenses integrated on the retaining member 1. The deflection means 5 is so constituted that a light e.g. a laser beam outputted from the light emitting device 4 penetrates the retaining member 1 and changes its direction toward the focusing means 2. When the deflection means 5 deflects the optical beam so as to be practically stretched in parallel to the optical axis 7 of the focusing means 2, very simple alignment is enabled.</p> |
