摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of correction processes of a character string of reading KANA by a user by improving generation of the character string of the reading KANA from input of a name in a telephone directory for a cellular telephone system. SOLUTION: The telephone directory is provided with a simple reading character string separation means 6 which stores a reading character string buffer 3 corresponding to each character string established in a name character string buffer 1 and stores an established character string position data buffer 4 and simply sort the reading character string corresponding to each character in the established character string. And insertion, deletion of the reading character string are performed corresponding to the insertion of a new character string into the name character string buffer 1 and the deletion of characters.
