SOLUTION: A three-phase bus conductor 3 is accommodated within a tank of a bus 2. The bus 2, bus disconnecting switch 4, connected buses 5, 7, current transformers 9, 10, breaker 8, connected buses 13, 16, 18, voltage transformer 17, arrester 19 or the like are filled, as the insulation medium, with CxHyFzI (where, y+z=2x+1, z>y, (x) is natural number less than 6, (z) is natural number, (y) is 0 or natural number) or CaHbFcI (where, b+c=2a, c>b, (a) is natural number equal to 3 or larger and equal to 6 or smaller, (b) is 0 or natural number) and are defined with an insulation spacer 20.
