<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely collect information on the peripheral equipment and application used by a user by minimizing the necessary telephone charge and the connection fee to an Internet provider. SOLUTION: When a person wants to register his name on the Internet 2 as a user, the user produces registration information by collecting or inputting the information required for registration by means of the information collecting tool 14 of terminal equipment 3 before the computer of the user is connected to a server 1 through the Internet 2 so as to save the time required for collecting the information or connecting his computer to an Internet provider being inputted. Since the connection time to the Internet provider which is required for the registration is saved as much as possible, the fee to the provider and the necessary telephone charge are reduced and, at the same time, the user information collecting side can realize expected information collection.</p> |
