SUBSTANCE: binding agent of composition comprises polyvinyl acetate alkali saponification products containing 12-14% of acetate groups, antiseptic is carbamidoformaldehyde concentrate, atmospheric corrosion inhibitor is carbamidoformaldehyde polymer, plasticizer is cyclic dimer of alpha- methylstyrene, emulsifier and modifier are stillage residue resulting from distillation of spent aqueous solution of monoethanolamine which is ammonia production waste which comprises, wt %; monoethanolamine, 20-30; potassium carbonate, 10-20, amine-type resin, 30-40; water 10-40; thickener such as carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt and also filler and water. Shear strength of adhesive joint is 4.5-6.5 kgf/sq.cm, density of final product is 1.2-1.4 g/cubic cm.
